Lotus Equities is an experienced, fully integrated real estate investment firm that specializes in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, renovation, finance, management and ownership of multifamily residential properties.  

Lotus Equities was founded by Bryan R. Wrigley in October 2007 with the acquisition and reposition of a 42-unit apartment community located in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.  Prior to forming Lotus Equities, Mr. Wrigley served as Executive Vice President of acquisitions for Wasatch Property Management, a leading Western U.S.-regional multifamily and commercial property investment company, where he was responsible for the company’s apartment acquisition activities including strategic development, transaction sourcing, deal execution and asset management.  Prior to his tenure with Wasatch, Mr. Wrigley was with Price Legacy Corporation, a San Diego-based, publicly-traded REIT (since acquired by Kimco Corporation), where he was a member of the acquisitions group focused on institutional-quality shopping centers.   

Mr. Wrigley received a B.A. in economics from the University of Utah and a M.S. in real estate development from Columbia University.  Mr. Wrigley also completed graduate studies at Cornell University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
